Atria Trades
Cookie Policy
- Version
- 2.0
- Effective from
- 21 Sept 2026
Atria Trades sets only the cookies it needs to keep you signed in and to protect its forms. There is no analytics, no advertising and no third-party tracking on this site, which is why you have not been shown a consent banner.
That is a description of the site as it is today. If that changes, this page and the behaviour of the site will change with it — see what happens when this changes.
The cookies we set
All of these are set by Atria Trades itself. All are strictly necessary. None is used to track you across other websites.
| Name | Purpose | How long it lasts |
|---|---|---|
authjs.session-token | Keeps you signed in. Without it you would be signed out on every page. Named __Secure-authjs.session-token over HTTPS. | Up to 30 days, or until you sign out. |
authjs.csrf-token | Protects forms against cross-site request forgery — it stops another website submitting a form as you. Named __Host-authjs.csrf-token over HTTPS. | The browsing session. |
authjs.callback-url | Remembers where to send you after signing in, so a link you followed still works. | The browsing session. |
atria_intent | Holds what you typed before you had an account — the job you described, or the property address you entered — so that signing in does not throw it away. Written only when you start something on a public page, and read only by the form you were filling in. | One hour. |
These come from the authentication library the site uses. Exact names vary slightly between secure and insecure connections, which is why both forms are given.
What we do not use
- No analytics — we do not measure your behaviour on the site.
- No advertising or retargeting cookies, and no advertising networks.
- No social media pixels or embedded trackers.
- No cookies that follow you to other websites.
Uploaded images are served from our own domain. No third party is contacted to render a page.
What happens when this changes
Two planned changes will add cookies that are not strictly necessary: payments, where the provider may set its own cookies for fraud prevention, and any analytics we introduce to understand how the site is used.
Before either goes live, Atria Trades will put a consent mechanism in place: nothing beyond the strictly necessary cookies will be set until you have agreed, refusing will be as easy as accepting, and you will be able to change your mind. This page will be updated to list every cookie, its provider and its purpose, and its version number will be raised.
Managing cookies
Your browser lets you see, block and delete cookies. Blocking the cookies listed above will stop you signing in to Atria Trades, because they are what signing in consists of.
Guidance for each browser is in its own help pages. The ICO's guidance for the public explains cookies in more detail.
